Barriers to Accessing Regional Services Survey
The Region of Durham is committed to learning about how residents with disabilities access Regional programs, services and supports. We invite community members to share feedback by completing the Barriers to Accessing Services for People with Disabilities Survey. This survey has been created to gather feedback on: the services that residents access; what Durham Region has done well; and how services can be improved.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Information is collected pursuant to section 8 of the Municipal Act, 2001 and will be utilized in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of gathering information on the services accessed. Please feel free to share the survey with others who may wish to participate.
