Will staff be available around the clock to manage emergencies or concerns?

Emergency shelter staff are on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Policies, procedures and protocols will be in place to ensure supervision and site management aligns with services offered at the site. When services are fully defined, the policies and procedures will be shared.
