Newcastle WPCP Class EA Addendum Report available for review
The Regional Municipality of Durham is seeking feedback from the public on the Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Addendum for the Newcastle Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP). The plant will receive upgrades to increase the sanitary sewage treatment capacity for the surrounding community. The upgrades will also include replacing the existing odour control system.
