A special meeting of Regional Council will be held in Council Chambers to review the strategic planning process to date, what we heard during the public engagement phase, and to bring Council and community thoughts together to define a set of key priorities and goals for the next 5 years.

Special Meeting of Regional Council - Strategic Plan Orientation Session
The Region began our new strategic planning process with a special meeting of Council. The meeting provided a review of the current Strategic Plan (2015-2019), an overview of how the Region tracks corporate performance, and introduced a proposed timeline and key activities for developing the new plan. Council nominated four members to form a Strategic Plan Task Force. A copy of the meeting agenda and report can be found at www.durham.ca
