Share your thoughts on the Sunderland water system during the second public information centre

From September 27 until October 27, residents are invited to review the virtual public information centre (PIC) for Sunderland’s water system and provide their thoughts at durham.ca/SunderlandWaterSystem.

The PIC will include:

  • An overview of the Class Environmental Assessment (EA) process and project status to date.
  • A summary of the current water system and the upgrades that are required to maintain the system now and in the future.
  • A discussion of the options available to address water supply and storage needs.
  • Proposed recommendations for Sunderland’s water system.
  • Next steps for the project.

Public consultation is an important part of this project. Go to durham.ca/SunderlandWaterSystem to review the PIC and share your thoughts.
