The Showcase supports Regional commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, and bridges the municipal, public and private sectors, while supporting a robust innovation ecosystem.
This multi-day event is organized by themes including: IT and innovation, facilities and operations, economic development, roads and transportation, and more.
Businesses are given a designated time slot under a theme that best relates to their work and present to an audience of Regional staff, giving exposure across different divisions. Businesses may also receive helpful feedback from staff and have an opportunity provide input to help shape future events.
The last four virtual events were a great success. To date, Business Showcases have attracted interest from more than 160 businesses and 300 staff.
